| Yulonda Clark | is a 1995 graduate of Alcorn and she is from Vicksburg. She came out to 'The Corn' in 1990 and started communting in 1992. In her own words, 'I made friends and kept in touch but not well known. I spent most of my time in the English Dept., hanging out with Mr.Broome and Kathleen.' | Larry Hubbard | , in his words, is a former Alcorn Graduate. I am a 1992 Graduate
with a B.S. in Business Administration. At Alcorn, I played in the band and
was one of the Founders of Kappa Kappa Psi. I am presenly a Business
Applications Analyst with FedEx Corporation. I am also a Microsoft
Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and an A+ Certified Computer Technician. I am married to Nachelle Hollingsworth, who also graduated in 1992. She was a Biology major. Nachelle went to Physical Therapy School at the University of Miss. Medical Center after she left Alcorn. She presently works for Guardian Medical. She is an AKA and a Tau Beta Sigma. We reside in Memphis, TN. We have a 1 month old son, so you know that we are toughing it right now. We both are very active in our Alumni Association. In fact, we are helping to sponsor an Alumni Picnic in two weeks to spur membership. I will also be developing our chapter's web site in a couple of weeks after it is voted upon. She teaches 5th grade at Trigg Elementary for 5 years now. She recently graduated from Delta State University with a Master's Degree in Elementary Education. Entertainment's latest venture is "The Comedy House", a weekly showcase of comedians and musical artisits. Some of his acting credits include "Gettin Personal", starring Vivica A. Fox and Duane Martin;"The General's Daughter"(John Travolta), due for release in June; "Man on the Moon" (Jim Carrey), release date not none. He also has two scenes and some off camera work in a low budget film that hasn't been released yet. Finally, he's a member of Young Filmmakers Foundation,Inc., which is a nonprofit organization devoted to helping young adults with careers in the film and television industry. |
